Providing Food Safety Training since 1984, former Deputy Chief Environmental Health Officer K. Brian Kelly was the first person in Northern Ireland to teach basic food safety. Since then his informative and entertaining instruction has helped many thousands of candidates successfully pass their examination.

The course meets all legal requirements in Northern Ireland, and includes a multiple choice examination.
