Your Legal Obligations

Businesses are required to provide appropriate training to all employees who handle food stuffs as part of their work. We offer affordable in-house or on site training in Level 1 and 2 Food Safety in Catering, the preferred certification for kitchen staff, waiting staff, and anyone involved in the general handling of foodstuffs.

Due to recent legislation, it is now compulsory to display your “scores on the doors” in plain public view. If your score is lower than you would like, call us today to find out how we can help you improve.

According to the Food Standards Agency report on Food Safety Training Guidance, food businesses are required to develop and maintain food safety management procedures, such as HACCP based procedures, and to ensure that all staff handling both wrapped and open foods have been trained at a level commensurate with their duties, and that they are supervised as they work.
